Girls Night!

On Friday night we took a drive to downtown Mesa! It was all hyped up as this cool art walk festival sort of thing so we wanted to check it out. We all had empty stomachs and were expecting some pretty tasty food at a cute little restaurant but.. the only suggestion that we got from the locals was to hit up the new and improved Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell. shhh. Anyway, We walked up and down the street for a short amount of time just to see hot dog carts, cute stores (that were closed) and we even got pulled (literally) into a "make up school" that wanted to give us mini make overs. As soon as the lady whipped out her blue eyeshadow I was ready to sprint away. We said we were too hungry to sit for a make over and made a quick escape. I'm sure that many people enjoyed their night at the Mesa arts festival and we enjoyed the time together but after parking in a back alley, we sensed that there was something a little off. Not what we expected but we got lots of laughs and decided to come back for lunch, when things were actually open!

After our adventure in Mesa, we drove over to Tempe Marketplace to have ourselves a nice dinner! Hannah recommended a place called The Thirsty Lion. The food was great! Best pulled pork sandwich of my life!
Girls nights are always great no matter what we do!
