{ Grateful "in" the Challenges } #27

Hi Hi Hi!!!

Another week here in beautiful CaƱuelas! I'm reading recently about wars and wars and wars in the Book of Mormon. It's got some good action! I've always loved the story of the Army of Helaman, and the 2,000 stripling warriors. They always tried to observe the commandments and continue in exceeding faith. I feel as if every day this week Hermana Vargas and I went out to war. Our faith is really being tried right now as we've stopped visiting tons of investigators because they aren't progressing and aren't showing much interest. Because of the cold... oh IT'S SUPER COLD. It's like barren land with tumbleweeds passing by because no one opens their doors to talk to us. Maybe a crack of the window to say... “Whatayawant!?”  Yeah…it's been a rough week. Hermana Vargas caught the cold and an investigator threw away her Book of Mormon, my camera is gone... lost... stolen… I don't even know! haha It hurts my head trying to figure out what happened. Wind flies at 50 mph and we tried to conquer a huge puddle of water but we got stuck and the bikes tipped... therefore…we did too! hahaha. It's okay though…we're super happy! Happy to be together and as we go through out the day we never cease to see a miracle…even if it's just a small one!

Ana wants to go with us to set a date to get married to her boyfriend of 19 years, Monica is quitting smoking more and more each week, Tobias wants to go to the temple and will be receiving the priesthood soon and all of my pictures and memory cards were safe in the house when my camera went MIA. I've got all of the pictures! We went through the whole week trying as hard as possible to be grateful "in" the challenges. Hard, but possible. Life is so great!! :)

We have faith that this week we will find more people to teach and because we are trying our hardest, it will come in time!! Putting to test that if we trust in Him that He will deliver them.

Today the whole zone got together and watched “Wreck it Ralph” and played soccer! I was SO happy to get out and play the game again! It's been so long! So I'm at a different ciber today therefore…pictures!! :)

It was so cold the other day I put on Christmas music. Woo Hoo!!!

I hope you all have a great week and continue to study in PMG! This week is the chapter about how to study! It's a great one! :)

"There is neither man or woman in this church who is not on a mission. That mission will last as long as they live and it is to do good, to promote righteousness, to teach the principles of truth and to prevail upon themselves and everybody around them to live those principles that they may obtain eternal life"

Love you all with all of my heart! The work is working :)
